I see handles like this often referred to as Gold Filled or Rolled Gold but I found
NO
markings to determine this
The pommel has Flowers/Daisies on the bottom half and the shaft has Scrollwork above and below the Mother of Pearl
Marked NRW on the end that would attach to the umbrella shaft, see photo number 12
Measures about 10 3/4" Long and Weighs in at 3 7/8 Ounces
I am guessing this piece dates to around the Late 1800's (1890's) but cannot be sure

Condition being offered for Parts, Repair or Repurpose.  Handle shows honest wear from use, age and years of storage.  Wear includes tarnish, scratches, scuffs, dings and dents.  The ring around the pommel has the most dings/dents and has flat spots.  Mother of Pearl is likewise scratched and scuffed.  Silver end that connects to the top half of the umbrella is slightly bent.  Overall still a good piece ready to help you repair your umbrella or be repurposed into a Rat Rod Shifter Handle perhaps?  Please review all photos and judge for yourself.  Use
