Vintage Double-Sided Chinese Drum Dragon & Rooster Design 3 1/2" by 9"

View the pictures for condition and the artwork.  The drum is 9" across and 3 1/2" thick.  The ribits on the side that hold the drum skin are rusty and 3 are missing.  There's a homemade wirer for hinging the drum.
