    Open diameter is 40"
    No tears. There is a minor show of wear to the points and edges of the fabric but nothing worn thru. See pictures for best indication of condition.
    I believe the handle is bakelite but cannot confirm. There are a few chips to the bottom of the handle. There is a name label taped on the handle.
    This is a vintage piece and may be best to display. You could use it, however I suspect the fabric is a bit fragile so it may get damaged if used.
