Shipping to U.S. addresses is .50 for stamps on an album page. I will combine multiple orders to save you money. Each additional item purchased will incur an approximately {{detail_product_description}}.10 additional charge.
If you don't want the album page (but just the stamps), let me know before I send an invoice, the postage will be substantially less.
Shipping to Foreign addresses will be calculated at actual cost but will be no lower than .50 USD. I will use the most economical shipping method possible and combine orders. Please be aware that shipping costs can be substantial, so please use the eBay shipping calculator or inquire about the actual cost before bidding.
Orders under will be shipped via First Class Mail without tracking.
U.S. and Overseas Orders of -0 will be shipped with tracking and the additional cost will be passed on to you, the buyer.
Tracking requirements will be waived on request for buyers known to me who have a feedback score of 100 or higher or who can provide me with a valid APS membership number or membership number in a recognized philatelic society outside the United States. If you are a buyer known to me and wish to ship via standard mail, let me know before you pay. Tracking waivers are at my discretion.

Purchases made over a period of 15 days may be held for combined shipping. After that you need to pay for your order. Ebay automatically opens an unpaid item case at day 16 and your order will automatically be canceled if not paid three days later.

Global Express Guaranteed® Service Suspensions and Disruptions
Effective October 13, 2020, the Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance of Global Express Guarantee® (GXG®) to the following destinations. The money-back guarantee for GXG® has been suspended until further notice.

Priority Mail Express International®
Effective March 23, 2020, due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined to China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. These suspensions will be in effect until further notice. The Postal Service is taking all reasonable measures to minimize impact to our customers.
Returns are accepted if the item is not described properly. Please notify me in advance before returning an item. I only accept returns which are requested within 14 days of receipt.
